These terms govern your use of Azores AI. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Azores AI.
The service
Azores AI generates AI-based fashion styling suggestions and outfit images from photos, closet items, or text prompts you provide. Styling suggestions are AI-generated and may not always be accurate, in stock, or exactly as depicted — treat them as inspiration, not a guarantee.
Accounts and guest use
You can use Azores AI as a guest, subject to a usage limit, or create an account for full access. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Your content
You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload. By uploading it, you give us permission to process it (including sending it to our AI provider) solely to provide the styling features you request.
Product recommendations and affiliate links
Azores AI may show product recommendations related to a generated outfit. These recommendations can be:
- an exact or closely-matched product from a merchant, when we have real product data for it;
- a visually or stylistically similar product, when an exact match isn't available; or
- a link to search results on a merchant's own site for that category and style, when neither of the above is available.
We never invent a price, availability, or product listing — if we don't have reliable data for something, we simply don't show it.
Some of these links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. Clicking a product recommendation takes you to the merchant's own website — Azores AI does not process payments, handle shipping, or manage orders. Your purchase is a transaction between you and the merchant, governed by that merchant's own terms and policies.
Acceptable use
Don't use Azores AI to upload content you don't have the right to use, to attempt to abuse or circumvent usage limits, or to interfere with the service's normal operation.
Disclaimers
Azores AI is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that generated styling results, product recommendations, prices, or availability will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top when we do. See also our Privacy Policy.
